Commissions
Most often I am asked to create commissions for a beloved home or property.
Size: 16 x 20 inches or larger
Images: Client-supplied clear, bright images or I can take my own photo resources if you live nearby.
Price: Prices are in line with my usual painting price list (by size) plus a $150 commission fee. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is taken before the work starts. Customer always retains the right to decline upon completion. Please contact me for a size & price quote for commissions.
